The SB10-HDG6 Kit features ACT's most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate, designed for superior performance and durability. This innovative pressure plate utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to enhance clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a meticulous four-stage heat-treating process, ensuring unparalleled reliability. With precision cover stampings, the pressure plate maintains rigidity and consistency for optimal operation.

This kit includes ACT's 6-pad spring-centered race disc, which features a spring-center construction to dampen torsional vibrations and resist failure under extreme conditions. The disc's wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings provide exceptional support, reduce stress concentrations, and enhance strength and reliability. While engagement is harsher, the design enables faster shifting, making it ideal for larger clutch sizes that require better heat absorption.

The Monoloc component upgrades the standard two-piece wedge collar and wire ring in pull-type clutches. Made from hardened Chrome-moly steel, Monoloc ensures years of service and reliable performance. Its carefully calculated spring tension delivers uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate, assuring proper alignment regardless of vehicle modifications or driver input.
