Upgrade the performance of your 2004-2007 WRX or STI by replacing the overworked factory intercooler with the Black COBB Front Mount Intercooler Kit. This kit features a massive 30" x 10.35" x 3.5" bar-and-plate core finished in a heat-dissipating black coating for improved thermal efficiency. The 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping, coated in wrinkle black powder, ensures a clean and professional engine bay appearance while delivering optimal airflow.

Designed for versatility, the COBB FMIC includes a BPV adapter plate, allowing seamless installation of the factory bypass valve, COBB XLE BPV, or any compatible valve. The cold-side piping integrates a bung for an Intake Air Temperature sensor, making a Speed Density conversion straightforward. While this kit is engineered to work with the COBB SF Intake and Airbox combination (with minor trimming using the included template), compatibility with other intake kits cannot be guaranteed.
