The engine case, using seasoned case halves, has been subjected to a thorough Bore and Deck process. This includes precision boring and honing of the case halves, ensuring perfect fitment and alignment. A torque plate is utilized during the honing process to enhance the precision further, resulting in a flawless engine case that guarantees optimal performance.

At the heart of this Long block is a new OEM Subaru Crankshaft, from a 2015-21 WRX, 2013-20 BRZ, this fresh crankshaft ensures a strong foundation for reliability.

The Power of Resized Connecting Rods

Resized connecting rods restore original dimensions, ensuring a precise fit and optimal oil clearance, reducing rod knock risk, and enhancing engine durability. Complementing these are ACL or King hardened rod bearings and main bearings, crucial components that endure high-stress conditions and minimize wear, thereby extending the engine's lifespan.

Forged pistons, known for their exceptional strength and wear resistance, add significant value to the engine's performance and overall durability. If it's modified for more power, the stock pistons may not be able to withstand the increased stress. This is where forged pistons come in. We have also equipped the engine with high-grade piston rings and seals, improving the engine's compression and oil control.

Remanufactured Heads

The cylinder heads have been precision resurfaced, with lash clearance adjusted, and a complete valve job executed. Upgraded GSC Intake Valve Guide Sets with Depth Stoppers and new valve stems have been installed to enhance durability. The heads are assembled using JE Pro Seal Gaskets, and all fasteners are torqued to factory specifications.

Made Stout with ARP

ARP studs offer precision alignment and are thread-rolled after heat treatment, boosting fatigue strength by 1000%. Essential for performance engines under increased boost, ARP head studs are the top choice for your WRX, increasing your engine’s strength.

Core Charge & Freight Shipping

When you buy from us, there's no need to worry about an up-front core charge. Instead, we simply ask that you return your old long block within 30 days of receiving your new one.

To keep things smooth and simple, we charge for return shipping upfront, so you can easily send your core back to us. Returning your core within the 30-day window is important because it helps us keep your warranty active. If the core isn't returned within this time frame, there will be a $1250 charge, and the warranty will no longer be valid.

We understand that your old core might have some wear and tear, and that's okay! As long as it matches the original specs and includes all the parts that came with it, we're happy to accept it back.
