The Turbosmart Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to deliver the maximum boost response for your factory frame turbocharger. The IWG75 Series Actuators feature an increased ‘Working Ratio,’ which significantly enhances boost response across the entire RPM range. With these actuators, you’ll experience a noticeable improvement in engine performance.

Thanks to their larger diaphragm surface area and revised springs, these actuators offer greater leverage against boost and backpressure forces while maintaining exceptional responsiveness. Upgrading with the same base pressure as the factory setup provides a broader boost and torque curve, achieving peak boost earlier in the RPM and holding it longer. For even more significant gains, higher base pressures can be used, though tuning and recalibration may be necessary.
