Upgrade your 2004-2007 WRX or STI with the COBB Front Mount Intercooler Kit, designed to enhance performance by replacing the factory intercooler. Featuring a massive 30" x 10.35" x 3.5" Bar and Plate core with 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping, this kit delivers improved cooling efficiency and reliability. The intercooler core is finished in a durable black heat-dissipating coating, while the wrinkle black powder-coated piping ensures a clean and professional look in your engine bay.

This kit includes a BPV adapter plate, allowing seamless installation of the factory bypass valve, COBB XLE BPV, or other factory-fitment valves. The cold-side piping integrates a bung for an Intake Air Temperature sensor, simplifying a Speed Density conversion. Designed to work with the COBB SF Intake and Airbox combination, minor trimming of the SF Airbox is required using the included template. Compatibility with other intake kits cannot be guaranteed.
